I had a comfortable stay at a well-equipped apartment in a great location. The AC worked perfectly and the kitchen was great for light meals. The rooftop pool had a nice city view and the staff were laid back. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Great location near excellent restaurants and Playa 38 beach. Well-equipped kitchenette and good water pressure. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool. Friendly cleaning staff. Good value for the cost.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Playa del Carmen. The location was quiet and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax. The woman who handled the payment and the cleaning lady were very friendly and accommodating. It was also a bonus that pets were allowed without any additional charges.
Although I encountered some drawbacks, such as poor communication with the host and the pool being out of water for part of my stay, overall I would still recommend this hotel. The value for the cost was excellent, with a very large room, great air conditioning, and good water pressure in the shower.

There were a few positive aspects to our stay. the location of the hotel was in a quiet area, which was nice for those seeking a peaceful atmosphere. the rooftop pool and hangout area were also pleasant and provided a great space to unwind. the cleaning lady was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our room was tidy and comfortable. Although the experience had its drawbacks, these factors did provide some level of enjoyment throughout our stay.
I must say, my recent Easter vacation experience was quite disappointing. the communication with the hotel staff was poor and confusing.
